Moonlight
March 31st, 2010So I’ve decided that I should bring my camera with me everywhere because I always end up missing some awesome shot. On the way home I saw this awesome sight right in front of my condo.

Catherine (younger sister) and I flew up to Monterey to celebrate her and my dad’s birthday! It was so much fun! We ended up meeting up with some family in San Francisco at Crissy Fields. So it ended up as a birthday/family reunion. It was so awesome to see the Navarrete’s again!
Well anyways, below is pictures from San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf, Rain Forrest Cafe, Ghirardelli, Crissy Fields, and Jay/Gail’s new home in Vallejo!
I haven’t really practiced taken any shots of people and as you can tell, I need more practice…
I was going through my picture folders today and I forgot about these photos!! This was my first class I took in photography and I highly recommend it! If you’re thinking of learning about photography like me. I recommend going to http://digitaldaysphoto.com for both workshops. The first day we learned the basics about DSLR cameras from aperature to shutter speed. The second day we were able to do a live photoshot with a few models.
I didn’t have a DSLR camera at the time so I borrowed one from my friend Johnny. The pictures below was taken with a Sony DSLR A700…
Johnny, Catherine, and I went practicing taking photos at La Jolla Beach and Balboa Park. We left the house around 730-8am and ate at the Incredible Cafe in Rancho Bernardo which is so yummy! So we started off at La Jolla which rained (well more like sprinkled) for a few minutes then it stopped. YAY! There was this strange bird there, I don’t know what it is but if anyone knows what it is tell me!
I went to Washington with my family. It started out as a “Twilight Trip” with my sisters but then turned into a family trip. It was so much fun! We ended up flying to Seattle, then driving to Port Angeles stayed at the Olympic Lodge, driving to Oregon, then Forks and La Push Beach. If I can do it again, I’d probably spend time at Olympic National Forrest which is really beautiful!
